A grand remembrance. It is folly to say that they will always be remembered (think of Lincoln's Gettysburg address--"little note, nor long remember") as we see how many of our fellow humans forget great sacrifices so quickly. But I know I will never forget my father's generation, and through art and literature perhaps those memories will last past our lives.

It's never too late, or too early to pay your respects to those that laid down their lives so that others may live. I just saw it in the museum and thought it was worth shooting.
