Several years back they restored an Excambian here and took it up to the NEAM in Bradley airport [link]
I don't think it has any popular name, I think it's just a Sikorsky S-38. This particular example does have a name though as it is a replica of a famous S-38 which was used for filming wildlife films in the 1930 by Martin and Osa Johnson. This aircraft represents one of those aircraft that they used and is known as "Osa'Ark" The colour scheme of the aircraft which is how the original is a hint to what the aircraft were used for.
